Teaching methods

My name is Kelsey Shrewsbury and I teach music!
Kelsey Shrewsbury graduated from the University of Louisville in 2019 with her undergraduate degree in Music Education with an emphasis in Voice and Piano. She received her masters degree in Arts and Teaching in 2020. She has been singing and playing piano since age six, and also has an extensive background in dance and musical theatre. She attended the Youth Performing Arts School and graduated in 2015. Her primary focus is Classical Voice. She has taught middle school choir at Ramsey Middle School in Louisville, KY and elementary music at Meadow View Elementary School in Sneads Ferry, NC. Mrs. Shrewsbury has traveled all over the world with the renowned Cardinal Singers Choir of the University of Louisville. She has studied voice with Emily Albrink at the University of Louisville. Mrs. Shrewsbury specifically enjoys focuses on helping students prepare for auditions.
